Please see our Local Delivery Areas Chart. Local delivery service will occur to these areas only. Please allow 24 hours for all orders to Local Delivery Areas. All areas not local will be shipped via Fed Ex or other.
Delivery charge will be assessed to your order per location. Signature required unless otherwise requested. Business deliveries that are noted as such will be prioritized and guaranteed by 4pm. Residential deliveries will be delivered by area and we cannot guarantee residential delivery times.
Multiple deliveries to one location may qualify for a discount delivery charge. Please contact Bogart's Baskets at 248-336-9779 to confirm.

Delivery charge will be assessed to your order per location. All gift baskets will be shipped via Fed Ex or other national carrier and are insured against damage in transit. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported to obtain replacement merchandise. Rush/Expedited Shipping:
With the exception of the Win Schuler’s Cheese products, this website is programmed to process all orders as ground shipping. Overnight, 2 and 3-day shipping services available upon request for additional charges. Please phone in orders to request rush or expedited delivery as the website will not process this request.
Shipment Misdirection or Delay:
Bogart's Baskets is not responsible for any package misdirection or delay due to insufficient address, wrong address as provided by customer, weather conditions, address correction, post-delivery misdirection or undeliverables. Additional re-delivery or forwarding charges may apply and be charged to the customer as necessary.

Spoilage Policy:
Some food products such as chocolate will perish in heat and humid weather conditions. As necessary Bogart's Baskets & Gifts Inc. reserves the right to substitute food products of equal or greater value to ensure freshness upon arrival at any time without notice.
